Safety Reminder
After every few minutes, as set by the customer a notification is received from the application.
The Safety reminder question that pops up is "Are you safe" ?
- Safe
- Danger
When clicked on safe, status would be recorded & no action would be taken by the control room. While if ‘In Danger’ is clicked, call would be connected with the control room which means an incident has been created at the back.
Safety Check call
Safety check can be sent by the control room at any time. Reason and comment can be added before sending it to the lone worker.
