Subscription

Suppose we have a customer namely - ABC security, who has subscribed a couple of licensees. Similarly, we have other clients as well who have taken up subscriptions. Some would want to subscribe for 200 licenses, some 400 and various others even 30 per month, depending on their requirement.

On this page, customer name appears, then licenses, amount, subscription date and finally the last is action (invoice information). Status of the last invoice whether due, overdue or if paid all is clearly highlighted.

Click on “View Details” and a short profile befalls in front of us. The number of licenses subscribed per month is mentioned along with the status of last payment. In activity log, commencement day of subscription along with other information of subscription is maintained.

Scroll below, and payment history can be viewed having the same headings of Date Added, Due Date, Licenses, Amount along with the Status where all information regarding the payment and its timing can be listed down.
