All customers who have subscribed us, their data/information would be listed down.
This data can be edited, completely viewed, or can be removed as per need. Tap on view, and their company’s short profile will fall before us.
Other essential information mentioned is;
- Number of employees
- What are the shifts when the company is operational
- Location where the company operates
- Incidents reported
- Names of other employees
All vital information lists down once the Customer’s View Page is opened.
Furthermore, if the customer’s data is to be edited, specific information appears where for example, the mobile number can be edited making it inactive. This could be done due to any reason. In case the customer’s information is to be removed, that option is available as well.
